UNICEF Tajikistan is looking for the qualified consultant to provide technical and coordination support to the MoES and other national stakeholders in advancing the national learning assessment agenda, with a particular focus on national and school-level competency-based summative assessment reform.
This support will directly contribute to strengthening assessment systems in alignment with competency-based education (CBE) principles, as defined by national policy and the IsDB/GPE Phase II project.
